Kas paliek tavā pārlūkā
Sarunas vēsture, izveidotās un tevis pievienotās bildes tiek glabātas tikai tavā pārlūkā (IndexedDB). Tās var izdzēst ar „Jauna saruna” vai notīrot pārlūka datus. Tavas pievienotās bildes netiek sūtītas uz serveri (izņēmums — sk. „Nodošana uz produkta lapu”).
Kas tiek sūtīts trešajām pusēm
- Google (Gemini API): katra čata ziņa kopā ar pēdējām sarunas ziņām, lai čats saprastu kontekstu.
- OpenAI (Images API): bildes apraksts, ko čats izveido no tavas sarunas.
- Cloudflare: lapas mitināšana, servera funkcijas, datubāze un cilvēka pārbaude (Turnstile), kas izvērtē tava pārlūka signālus.
Šie pakalpojumi apstrādā datus saskaņā ar saviem noteikumiem ([SAITES]); daļa apstrādes var notikt ārpus ES.
Kas tiek glabāts serverī
- Anonīmi dienas skaitītāji (bilžu un ziņu skaits) pēc nejauša apmeklētāja identifikatora sīkdatnē un pēc IP adreses, kas sajaukta (HMAC) kopā ar datumu — pašu IP adresi neglabājam. Skaitītāji tiek dzēsti pēc 35 dienām.
- Izmaksu žurnāls (modelis, tokenu skaits, cena, laiks) bez sarunas teksta un bez apmeklētāja identifikatora.
- Kļūdu kodu skaits pa dienām.
- Nodošana uz produkta lapu: parasti notiek tikai tavā pārlūkā. Ja tas neizdodas, bilde uz laiku tiek ielikta Cloudflare R2 krātuvē un tiek dzēsta, tiklīdz produkta lapa to nolasa (vēlākais pēc 1 stundas, krātuves tīrīšana — 1 dienas laikā).
Sīkdatnes un pārlūka krātuve
Tikai funkcionālas: apmeklētāja sīkdatne (nejaušs identifikators dienas limitiem, 30 dienas), īpašnieka sīkdatne (tikai īpašniekam), valodas un krāsu režīma izvēle pārlūka krātuvē, Turnstile drošības sīkdatnes. Nav reklāmu un analītikas sīkdatņu.
Tavas tiesības
Tev ir tiesības piekļūt saviem datiem, tos labot, dzēst, ierobežot apstrādi un iesniegt sūdzību Datu valsts inspekcijā (dvi.gov.lv). Tā kā serverī nav sarunu un nav tiešu identifikatoru, lielākā daļa datu ir tikai tavā pārlūkā. Kontakti: [E-PASTS].

What stays in your browser
The conversation, the created pictures and the pictures you add are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB). You can delete them with "New conversation" or by clearing the browser's data. Pictures you add are not sent to the server (one exception: see "Hand-off to a product page").
What is sent to third parties
- Google (Gemini API): every chat message together with the recent messages of the conversation, so the chat understands the context.
- OpenAI (Images API): the picture description the chat writes from your conversation.
- Cloudflare: hosting, the server functions, the database and the human check (Turnstile), which evaluates signals from your browser.
These services process data under their own terms ([LINKS]); some processing may happen outside the EU.
What is kept on the server
- Anonymous daily counters (numbers of pictures and messages) by a random visitor id in a cookie and by the IP address hashed (HMAC) together with the date — the IP address itself is not kept. The counters are deleted after 35 days.
- A cost log (model, token counts, price, time) without the conversation text and without a visitor id.
- Error-code counts per day.
- Hand-off to a product page: normally only inside your browser. If that fails, the picture is put into Cloudflare R2 storage for a short time and deleted as soon as the product page reads it (at the latest after 1 hour; storage cleanup within 1 day).
Cookies and browser storage
Functional only: the visitor cookie (a random id for the daily limits, 30 days), the owner cookie (the owner only), the language and colour-mode choice in browser storage, Turnstile's security cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing and to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv). As the server keeps no conversations and no direct identifiers, most of the data is only in your browser. Contact: [EMAIL].
